You may use Inzata's services for lawful business purposes in accordance with your subscription agreement. This includes data ingestion, modeling, visualization, analytics, and sharing within your organization and authorized stakeholders.
You may not: (a) use the services to store, process, or transmit material that infringes intellectual property rights; (b) upload malware or malicious code; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data; (d) use the platform for illegal activities; (e) resell or sublicense the services without authorization; (f) interfere with other users' use of the services.
You are responsible for ensuring that data uploaded to Inzata complies with applicable laws and regulations. You must have appropriate rights and consents to process any personal data through the platform.
Use of computational resources must be reasonable and consistent with your subscription tier. Excessive usage that degrades service for other users may result in throttling or service adjustment.
Inzata reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this policy. We will attempt to notify you before taking action unless immediate action is required to protect the service or other users.
