Inzata provides AI-powered features including but not limited to automated data modeling (InModeler), AI Co-Pilot, natural language querying, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics. These features use machine learning models to process and analyze your data.
Your data is processed by AI models solely to provide the requested analytics and insights within your account. Inzata does not use your data to train general-purpose AI models. Your data remains your property at all times.
AI-generated insights, predictions, and recommendations are provided as analytical aids and should not be used as the sole basis for critical business decisions. While we strive for accuracy, AI outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies.
Users are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated outputs before acting on them. Inzata recommends human oversight for all AI-assisted analytics, particularly in regulated industries.
You may not use Inzata's AI features to: (a) process data in violation of applicable laws, (b) generate outputs that discriminate against protected classes, (c) attempt to reverse-engineer the underlying models, or (d) use outputs for surveillance or profiling without consent.
Inzata is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs. Users accept that AI models have inherent limitations and that predictions and recommendations may not reflect future outcomes.
We may update AI models and features to improve accuracy and capabilities. Material changes to how AI processes your data will be communicated in advance.
